Margaret Wilson is a principal with Tandem Partners, a business she founded in 2000 under the auspices of the regional business consulting firm, McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond. Margaret and the professionals at Tandem Partners utilize a combination of business strategy, organizational dynamics, behavioral science and business management to help leaders manage change and enhance corporate performance.

Margaret focuses her consulting work in helping family-owned and owner-managed businesses address challenges such as ownership and management transitions, family and business partner relationships, organization development, strategic planning, communication and conflict management.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Towson University and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University. Margaret received the Certificate in Family Business Advising from The Family Firm Institute and is a graduate of Leadership-Baltimore County.

Active in her profession and the business community, Margaret is a member of the Organization Development Network, the Family Firm Institute and is a member of the board of directors of Literacy Works.
