Anne Teehan is a Georgetown University certified Executive Coach whose coaching and consulting work with Tandem Partners leverages more than 20 years of experience to help individuals and groups achieve maximum effectiveness. Client engagements involve setting and achieving personal and professional goals at all levels, including executive coaching, mid-level management, team leadership, and staff development.

In addition to her Coaching certification, Anne holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Behavioral Science. Anne has successfully directed high profile, multi-million dollar, domestic and international efforts for companies like the Discovery Channel and SAP. She has been a key player in advising senior management on business processes, system implementations, and change management.

For over 11 years, Anne has been a results-driven leader with proven success in strategic planning, program management, business analysis, multi-national systems implementations, and organizational change management. During the past nine years, her clients have been executives and senior leaders in Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technology (IT). Anne is experienced in many functions and industries including media, securities regulation, manufacturing, financial services, and consulting.
